I am Silvie, artist, doula, initiate in devotion, hatha and yin yoga teacher, guardian of our land, talisman maker, mother, wife, women's circle holder, sound healer, wild herbalist, keeper of the mysteries of the wheel of the year, sweat lodge apprentice, joy bringer.

My dream is that we may remember who we truly are in our hearts and claim the jewels we carry deep within. May we remember the medicine we are for each other and for the world. May we walk as love with footprints like kisses on Mother Earth's surface. May we always find Her mysterious beauty and feel Her steady heart beat. May we surrender to Her guidance and know that She is everywhere.

When I entered the 13 Moon Mystery School, the Muse within me received a clear vision of sacred prayer beads - Malas of the Moon - as a tool of devotion, a tactile joy, an anchor to ground into the frequency and colors of each archetype using the crystals and mantras that are aligned.

I got curious and followed the path of excitement to create these offerings in devotion to the Goddess.

I want to keep the freedom to create as the muse kisses me. The bracelets are my outlet for that – there will not be one specific pattern, there will be many, always made with the crystals of the archetype and carrying its frequency.   • A mala is a loop of 108 beads with a guru bead and a tassle. The beads can be made of materials like seeds, wood, stone or crystals.

  • I use high quality 8mm gemstone beads with the crystals our beloved Fairy Goddessmother, Ariel Spilsbury, suggests in her life-changing book ‘The Alchemy of Ecstasy’ for each archetype, string them on silk and make a knot after each bead that is infused with prayer.

  • I handcraft sacred malas in the coherency of the archetypes of the Divine Feminine. 

    Mala making is a sacred practice of deep trust and devotion. A heart offering, an act of surrender where I enter a deep meditative state of emptiness, where my hands become the channel of the divine.

  • Even though I am a native Austrian with German mother tongue, I chose to offer most content on Mals of the Moon’s website in English as the 13 MOON MYSTERY SCHOOL/Ariel Spilsbury’s work that inspired MALS OF THE MOON is availble in English only.
